entertain clients in style. The Hospitality Pavilion is located in a
premier location on the front lawn at Delhi Golf Club to give your clients

on offer including a giant LCD television, host bar and a 1st class buffet
luncheon.

Afternoon at the Challenge Match – Delhi Golf Club (Tuesday 3rd
February)
A fun a friendly 9-Holes with the stars of the tournament played on the
Tuesday preceding the tournament at the Delhi Golf Club. The hospitality
programme Includes entry to the event and a 1st class food and beverage to
entertain your guests in style. Options

Booking Conditions
No request will be taken other than on a completed booking form.
Confirmation will be given to bookings made for all four tournament
days. This will be done strictly in date order of receipt of completed
booking form, and will be subject to availability.
Payment Options
Payments
may be made by Credit Card or Bank Transfer (after the confirmation of
Booking).
No payments will be taken or invoices sent until
confirmation of booking is given. All payments must be received by
the date shown on the invoice or the reservation will be subject to
cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
A 15% cancellation fee
will be applicable. Between 44 days & 15 days prior to the event, a
50% cancellation fee will be applicable. Within 14 days of the event a
100% cancellation fee will be applicable. * This will be applicable
from the first day of tournament play.
Tickets
All relevant documents i.e. hospitality tickets, car park passes etc.
will be dispatched by courier to the address given on your booking form
unless otherwise instructed. Please note that personal ticket collection
will only be possible until the Sunday before the start of tournament play
and strictly by prior arrangement.
‘golf in DUBAI’ cannot be held
responsible for lost or stolen documents and no replacements will be
issued (this is also applicable to tickets lost during the actual day of
use).
